The 3rd International Conference on Quality in Healthcare Services (ICQUA 2024) and the 4th Iraqi German Conference on Quality and Accreditation (ICQUA 2024) on the theme “Malpractice and Ethics in the Healthcare Sector” were successfully organized by International Consultants in collaboration with Temos International and and Warith Alanbeyaa Medical College, in Frankfurt, Germany, on April 29-30, 2024.

Dr. Ali Anbori, the founder and CEO of International Consultants talked about Medical ethics and malpractice from Academic and practical point of views. Dr. Claudia Mika’s presentation covered the importance of patient feedback evaluation, regular assessment of clinical and non-clinical performance, while also highlighting Accreditation’s role in safeguarding patients’ rights within healthcare facilities. Then all participants were engaged in extensive discussions about different clinical cases faced in the medical practice and the dilemma of dealing with the patients in proper ethical manner.

By the end, Dr. Ali Anbori has awarded Dr. Mika a certificate of appreciation for her continuous efforts to support the organization of the IGCQUA and ICQUA over the year and all participants were awarded participation certificates.

On the same event, Dr. Claudia has signed a new agreement with International Consultants and Dr. Ali Anbori extending their representation of Temos International to Azerbaijan besides Iraq.
