International Consultants is a private consultancy firm based in Baghdad and established in 2006. We are planning to organize the 4^th International Conference on Quality in Healthcare Services (ICQUA 2026) along with the 5^th Iraqi German Conference on Quality and Accreditation (IGCQUA 2026) in Berlin on May 25-26, 2026. The conference is organized in collaboration with Temos International GmbH (www.temos-worldwide.com), a leading international health accrediting organization based in Cologne, Germany. Currently, our organizing partners are:

• Berlin Accidents’ Hospital (UKB-Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin),
• The German Medical Wellness Association, and

The main thematic discussion is about the Patient Care and Satisfaction in the modern era including understanding patient needs, expectations and the challenges facing the healthcare facilities to reach them. In addition, we will be talking about the role of quality units to respond to these challenges and measures to improve patient experience and the role of accreditation.
